Mashed Chickpea & Avocado Wrap
1, 14 ounce can organic chickpeas
2 avocado
1 lemon
Red onion, sliced
Tomato, sliced
Green leaf lettuce
Salt/Pepper to taste
1 whole grain wrap
Cook chickpeas until warm. Transfer to a bowl and mash with a fork. Squeeze juice from half a lemon and mash until desired consistency. Scoop out avocado, also mash with a fork and squeeze the juice of the other half of the lemon on that. Add salt/pepper to taste. Assemble accordingly. 2-3 servings. Hip Hop Holla!
