RUSSIAN OBLIQUE TWISTS, Exercise Of The Day

Step 1 – Sit on the floor with your knees bent and lean back slightly while holding your knees with your hands.

Step 2 – Maintain the same pose while leaning back a little more so that your feet are off the floor. Your abs will already be be activated.

Step 3 – With your feet still off the ground, twist to the right and tap your fingers on the floor.

Step 4 – Now twist to the left and tap your fingers on that side of you.
