Exercise Of The Day: ONE LEG SIT UPS

ONE LEG SIT UPS, Exercise Of The Day

Step 1 – Lay on your back with your arms above your head. Raise both knees, keep one foot flat on the floor and the other leg straight and raised.

Step 2 – Begin reaching forward toward the raised leg, using your abdominal muscles to lift and curl your upper body.

Step 3 – Keep your raised leg as straight as possible as you reach towards it.

Step 4 – Slowly return back down to the starting position. Repeat the steps with your opposite leg.
