FULL VERTICAL CRUNCHES, Exercise Of The Day

Step 1 – Lie on your back with your hands behind your head, and your legs perpendicular to your body.

Step 2 – Using just your abs, lift your shoulders from the floor and at the same time push your heels towards the ceiling.

Step 3 – Release your abs and repeat.
