ABDOMINAL BACKSTROKE, Exercise Of The Day

Step 1 – Sit on the floor slanting backwards.

Step 2 – Place your feet on the floor and hands rested to the sides of the knees.

Step 3 – Raise one arm at a time and circle it in a backwards motion.
