Does Your Body Need A Reboot

Have you tried diet after diet, but that belly fat just refuses to go away? Are you feeling fatigued despite getting adequate rest? Do you have uncontrollable cravings and mood swings? If so join the club! It seems to be an ongoing trend these days. Why are so many having these similar symptoms even with exercising and proper diet? I’ve had so many clients complain about these same symptoms (only to name a few) that I thought I would do some digging. They all seem to link back to one single culprit… the digestive system… If you are having one or more of these symptoms there’s a good chance your liver or colon is overloaded with excess fat, toxins, chemicals, and pollutants. And when it has too much to handle, it simply stores any excess fat in your cells instead of “flushing” it out. Fortunately it’s fixable… one of the greatest health turnarounds you can experience starts with your digestive system.

The Digestive System: Our digestive system is uniquely constructed to perform its specialized function of turning food into the energy you need to survive and packaging the residue for waste disposal. If there is a breakdown of any of the working parts of this system it can wreak havoc on your body’s ability to function efficiently. This can lead to many of the chronic symptoms that I listed before. Research is showing that you can regenerate and repair these chronic symptoms in a relatively short period of time.

The Liver: The liver has multiple functions, but its main function within the digestive system is to process the nutrients absorbed from the small intestine. Bile from the liver secreted into the small intestine also plays an important role in digesting fat. In addition, the liver is the body’s chemical “factory.” It takes the raw materials absorbed by the intestine and makes all the various chemicals the body needs to function. The liver also detoxifies potentially harmful chemicals.

Your liver is the most neglected, ignored, and amazing organ in your whole body.
Your liver is responsible for dozens of functions that keep your body strong and healthy. This powerhouse is vital for weight loss, digestion, blood sugar and hormonal balance, brainpower, immunity, energy, your heart and arteries, and even your emotional health!

The Colon: If waste remains in the body for too long, it becomes a breeding ground for bacteria and illness. If your colon is working at its best, as the colon is cleansed, it pushes undigested waste through your system, clearing the way for good nutrient absorption. However, if there is a buildup or blockage the colon does not work as efficiently. The buildup of mucous and toxins in your colon can keep your body from getting what it needs to function, even if you eat a consistently healthy diet. This can have far-reaching ramifications for your overall health.

The Fix (Detox Cleanse): A system reboot from a detox cleanse will make the digestive system more effective. One way it does this is by increasing the body’s absorption of vitamins and nutrients. Another way is by allowing the body to expel excess build up of waste and toxins. All of this can equal countless health benefits to your system. Including kick-starting your weight loss and your energy levels! So if you’re having any of the chronic symptoms mentioned before you might want to consider trying a detox cleanse.
