Steps: First attach a handle to the cable machine. Grab the cable handle with an overhand grip. Keep your abs tight. With your arms relatively straight, only a slight bend in your elbows, and your knees slightly bent, raise the arm to shoulder level. Hold briefly then lower in a controlled manner.
