One hand dumbbell thrust

Take a dumbbell. Palm facing the body inside. Arm and knee should be at the same side, put on the bench across from each other.Fix back:
– Take a breath and pull the dumbbell to the body as high as possible, moving the elbow maximally back, to watch the arm was not significantly deviated from the trunk to one side;
– exhale at the end of the movement.
This exercise is mainly loads the latissimus dorsi, large circular muscles, back of the deltoids, trapezius and rhomboid muscles and in the final phase of the movement. In addition, it involves hand flexors, biceps arm, shoulder and brachioradialis muscles.
